After 2001, an intriguing misunderstanding arose. Some people thought I was a Camorra hitman.

Don’t get excited, it was nothing more than a “Killer” game, a role-playing game similar to the classic university game Assassin—students always found that fun and fascinating.
At the time, we gathered on a cook forum, alt.illuminati, where participants immersed themselves in fictional personas. People played the roles of spies, spooks, nazi extremists, religious whacks, secret societies, and ancient orders—all wrapped in layers of mysticism and theater.
But it was just a game.
Nothing is true.
My character was called “Seven”. According to legends, he was once the commander of the army of the Demiurge (the Antichrist), but he was banished for disobedience to ‘the Father.’ He eventually joined “Elohim” to fight against the Undead and their corrupt demon ‘Father’.
His role was somewhat like Blade (from the movie with Wesley Snipes)—a hybrid warrior, half-human, half-demon, according to lore. Caught between worlds, fighting against a vicious enemy who was once his ally.
According to lore, the Assassins also had a thing with “seven”, and rumour has it these days the Assassins hunt the Beast, the AntiChrist, along with Seven.
In Germanic lore he is known as Bous in Danish (231 Bo’s), and that is the figure Vali with the Aesir, a bastard son of Odin, raised to avenge the murder on Odin’s heir, Balder. A ‘godslayer’, bred to kill.
So I told the “CIA spooks” : “I am the ultimate bastard…”
You have to stay ‘in character’. It has to be convincing, complete with a thorough ‘character study’. I was apparently thoroughly convincing, as people actually thought I was a Camorra hitman. But as said : nothing is true.
I am just a burned out economist and bookkeeper with Crohn’s disease, living out my fantasies to escape from the the mindnumbing boredom of my sad bookkeeper existence.
That was back around 2001, hardly anyone knew about the Assassin game or the old Assassin Order anymore.
In 2007 the game ‘Assassins Creed’ was launched and became incredibly popular, now half the world knows the Assassins. My youngest nephew would often proudly show me his skills as “Assassin”.
It’s just a fun game.
